AIJHRIS is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, original, and innovative research that advances knowledge and practice in healthcare across disciplines. Before submitting, please read these guidelines carefully to ensure your manuscript meets all technical and ethical requirements.

General Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • All authors must approve the final version.
  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical clearance and informed consent.
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. AIJHRIS screens all submissions with Turnitin / iThenticate.

Manuscript Preparation

File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) only.

Structure of a complete submission:

  • Cover Letter — a brief statement of originality, significance, and that all authors approve submission.
  • Title Page (separate file) — full title, names of all authors, institutional affiliations and country, ORCID iDs (recommended), corresponding author contact details.
  • Main Manuscript File — Title (no author details); Structured Abstract (Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion, max 300 words); 4–6 Keywords; Main text in IMRaD format; References in APA 7th or Vancouver style; editable tables at the end; high-resolution figures (.jpg/.png) attached separately.
  • Ethical Approval Documents (if applicable) — IRB/IEC approval letter and patient consent for case reports/images.

Plagiarism Policy

AIJHRIS has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and redundant publication. All submissions are screened using Turnitin / iThenticate. Manuscripts with more than 15% similarity (excluding references and standard phrases) will be returned for revision or rejected.

Peer Review Process

AIJHRIS uses a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts. The average review decision timeline is 4–6 weeks.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

No submission fees. No article processing charges — AIJHRIS is fully open access and supports barrier-free publishing.

Authors retain copyright. All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

How to Submit

Submit your complete manuscript package through our Online Submission Portal, or by email to submissions@aijhris.com. You will receive an acknowledgment email with your manuscript ID within 3 working days.
